Change has always been part of our lives (and will always be). The question is, will you let it happen to you, or will you take charge and make change work for you? As leaders, we have the opportunity and responsibility for driving effective change in our organizations and communities. Change can be scary. It can also provide opportunities for us to grow, learn, and drive greater performance in our companies.
Your take aways:
- A clear understanding how you, as a leader, can influence change and drive enhanced business results.
- Simple frameworks that can help you make change stick in your organization.
- Tools that can help you more effectively plan for change and diagnose why change is not happening the way you wanted.
- More comfort welcoming change versus hiding from it.
